  • NVDA נשארת קנייה חזקה על פי אנליסט I KNOW FIRST . יש לה הובלה משמעותית בתחומי שמרכזי המידע, למידה עמוקה, והאצה על ידי בינה מלאכותית.
  • האלגוריתם נותן למניית נבידיה תחזית חיובית לשנה הקרובה.

Nvidia (NVDA) has a giant lead over Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) when it comes to global sales of discrete or add-in GPUs (Graphics Processing Units) video cards. As of Q3 2018 Jon Peddie report, Nvidia again touts 74% share in add-in GPU sales. NVDA is a buy because AMD consistently failed to reduce Nvidia’s share to below 60%.

This is thanks to the persistent collaboration of game developers with Nvidia. Nvidia and its partner game developers are collaborating to make video games more graphics-intensive. In other words, Nvidia’s long-term growth performance will always be better than AMD’s. The loyalty of most game developers and programmers belongs to Nvidia, not AMD. Even though AMD now sells more affordable Radeon GPUs, gamers and game developers are still relying more on Nvidia’s GeForce products.

Steam’s latest hardware survey is also clear evidence that AMD can no longer catch up on Nvidia when it comes to PC gaming. This fact is a strong reason to buy more NVDA shares. The PC gaming hardware business is a $30 billion/year industry. Nvidia doesn’t have any problem with $500 to $1,200 GPUs because big-spending PC gamers can afford them.

Creative/Design Software Developers Also Favors Nvidia

It is an open secret that creative professionals who use Adobe (ADBE) creative cloud software programs prefer Nvidia GPUs over Radeons. For more than a decade now, Nvidia has been tight with Adobe. I am a video editor and I can attest that video editing/compositing on GeForce GPU is notably faster when compared to using an AMD Radeon GPU.

The latest Turing-based Nvidia Quadro and GeForce RTX GPUs are now accelerating Adobe software products with real-time ray tracing and Artificial Intelligence. Below are some of Adobe software programs that rely on Nvidia’s RTX GPUs for faster performance and productivity.

The up to 10x acceleration to animation and special effects in Adobe After Effects is already a killer selling point for the $1,600 Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080. Adobe is so tight with Nvidia that its Sensei AI cloud computing platform relies on Nvidia GPUs. Sensei is Adobe’s free/paid AI platform for creative professionals, content creators, and marketers.

3D CAD/CAM software leader Autodesk (ADSK) is also a close collaborator of Nvidia. Nvidia’s Quadro GPUs are optimized to deliver the best performance for AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, and Maya. Nvidia is also a partner of Autodesk on Artificial Intelligence services.

Even the small development team behind the Windows painting app Expresii performs best on the latest Nvidia GeForce GPUs. Expresii was coded to rely more on GPU acceleration than relying on the processor of CPU. This is the new trend in software creation, more developers are exploiting the increasing compute power of graphics card accelerators.

Based on my own real-world experience, digital painting leader Corel Painter also performs better using an Nvidia GPU. The point is that big and small developers seems to be beholden to optimize their products to work best on Nvidia GPUs. This is unfair to AMD but that is the truth.

Kindly read the PDF file detailing how Nvidia is making network GPU acceleration to improve workflow of key industries (not just content creation/management). Sad but true, despite AMD’s best efforts, Nvidia still supplies the world’s faster GPU products for office/enterprise applications.

Conclusion

NVDA is the better long-term investment than AMD. No one can deny that Nvidia still remains well ahead in AI and data center acceleration. NVDA’s big drop in price is the overblown importance of GPU crypto mining. My fearless assessment is that Nvidia can prosper even without GPU demand from cryptocurrency miners.

Nvidia’s stock touts lower P/E and P/B ratios than AMD and QCOM. This is in spite of Nvidia’s stronger revenue stream and much better balance sheet.

I Know First has a very bullish one year algorithmic forecast for Nvidia’s stock. NVDA’s market trend score is 305.94 – much higher than the score of bullish (100). It is best we heed the stock picking decisions of I Know First’s artificial intelligence neural network. I suspect I Know First also uses Nvidia GPUs to make their stock picking predictions.
